COLOSALIST serves up epic doom metal with a distinct pagan touch—their roots go back to the 90s, but the band boldly transcends them.
Their sound combines powerful, heavy riffs with melancholic violins in the style of early Silent Stream of Godless Elegy, where COLOSALIST's leader used to play, and strongly emotional vocals, more over, elements of film music and Nordic mysticism create an almost ceremonial atmosphere when listening.
